1. Price quotes will be given free of charge over the phone, by e-mail or by fax. Simply fill out the quote request form in full so our customer service staff will have all the appropriate information to give you a delivered price quote,
2. Samples and brochures are available for most products. A minimal charge may be necessary at times, depending on the size and quantity of the samples or brochures needed.
3. Our company ships all merchandise directly to your home via common carrier or package delivery service. All shipping charges will be quoted separately unless agreed upon otherwise.
4. We require payment in full prior to release of shipment. We accept all major credit cards as shown below. Any checks (personal or business) must clear our bank prior to shipping. Certified or bank checks will expedite the process. Wire transfers can also be arranged.
5. Merchandise damaged in shipment will be the responsibility of the freight carrier. Please inspect packaging to assure the product has not been damaged in transit. We palletize all orders shipped by truck to minimize the possibility of damage.
6. Returns will be accepted for no more than 30 days from receipt of order. A return authorization must first be obtained from our office. Any returned items will be charged a 25% restocking charge in addition to return freight. Credits will not be issued until merchandise is received in acceptable (re-sellable) condition.
